A family of 3 posters designed to raise awareness of just one aspect of autism. Here I wanted to stress the frustration of not being able to filter sensory information in every day settings, being it in the city, outdoors or in the home. Things and places we take for granted and even find relaxing/recreational can prove overwhelming for people with autism. I wanted the posters to catch attention but make no sense, having too much going on for the viewer to process, hopefully then creating more of a sympathetic understanding. These are designed to be placed in bus shelters where people have enough time to try to figure the meaning.
There will be more sketchbook and experimental journey work to follow.
